Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Please note that delivery times are 7–12 business days due to the nature of our shipping process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
