Physical Products
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return:
- Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of your refund status
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales on digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel)
Since our apparel items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.
